As long as the user’s data is being processed by Casa Nita, users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition in accordance with current legal regulations on personal data protection.

This communication must include the following information: the user’s full name, the request being made, address, and supporting identification documents.
The exercise of rights must be carried out by the user personally. However, they may also be exercised by an authorized person acting as the legal representative of the user. In such cases, documentation proving such representation must be provided.
